Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports The Technical Assistance Center on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports is established by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) to define, develop, implement, and evaluate a multi-tiered approach to Technical Assistance that improves the capacity of states, districts and schools to establish, scale-up and sustain the PBIS framework. Emphasis is given to the impact of implementing PBIS on the social, emotional and academic outcomes for students with disabilities.

APBS is an international organization dedicated to promoting research-based strategies that combine applied behavior analysis and biomedical science with person-centered values and systems change to increase quality of life and decrease problem behaviors.

This comprehensive website offers books on a variety of topics, and a blog with many contributors, a media center with videos, podcasts, and links to articles that show behavioral principles in a wide range of settings. While many of these offerings are framed from a business perspective, the principles of behavior they discuss extend to a variety of settings including schools and homes. Their contributors have a skill for presenting these topics in a very readable way for behavior analysts and for the general public.
